This document outlines the terms and conditions applicable to the following bonus promotions offered by Duhani Capital (“We,” “Us,” or “Duhani Capital”):
30% Trading Bonus – Maximum $1,000.
30% Recovery Bonus – Maximum $1,000.
50% Welcome Bonus – Maximum $50.
By participating in these promotions (“Bonuses”), you (“Client”) confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms and conditions in full.
1. Bonus Definitions and General Terms
1.1 30% Trading Bonus
Provides Clients with an additional 30% credit on deposits, up to a maximum of $1,000. This bonus serves as margin protection and enhances trading capacity.
1.2 30% Recovery Bonus
Designed for Clients who have experienced trading losses. If a Client has reached the maximum bonus limit but incurs additional losses, they may become eligible for an extended bonus equal to 30% of their total losses. The Client can receive a bonus of 30% on new deposits within these revised limits.
1.3 50% Welcome Bonus
Exclusive to newly opened accounts, this bonus applies to deposits up to $100 made within the first month after the initial deposit, allowing Clients to receive a 50% bonus, up to a maximum of $50.
2. Eligibility and Client Requirements
2.1 Verification Requirements
To be eligible for any bonus, Clients must meet the following criteria:
Provide a valid and verified email address registered in their name.
Provide a valid, reachable, and verified phone number registered in their name.
Submit a valid government-issued identity document registered in their name and ensure they physically possess the document for verification.
Additional evidence or documentation may be requested at Duhani Capital’s discretion.
Failure to comply may result in disqualification from the bonus program.
2.2 Eligibility Conditions
Bonuses are available to both new and existing Clients holding Live Micro, Standard, or Pro Accounts.
Bonuses apply only to deposits made through official payment channels recognized by Duhani Capital.
2.3 Non-Compliance
Failure to meet the eligibility requirements may result in:
Bonus revocation.
Forfeiture of profits generated using the bonus.
Account suspension or closure.
3. Bonus Crediting and Usage Rules
3.1 Net Deposit Basis
Bonuses are credited based on the net deposit amount. Withdrawn funds that are re-deposited will not count towards bonus eligibility.
3.2 Bonus Validity Period
Bonuses are valid for 90 days from the date of issuance. Bonuses unused or associated with accounts showing no trading activity for 90 consecutive days will be automatically revoked.
4. Withdrawal Conditions
4.1 Withdrawal of Profits
Profits generated using the bonus can be withdrawn. However, the bonus amount itself is non-withdrawable and will remain as credit in the account.
4.2 Bonus Adjustment
If a withdrawal is made from the trading account, the bonus will be reduced proportionally to the withdrawn amount and deducted from the account accordingly.
5. Restrictions and Prohibited Practices
5.1 Account Misuse
Clients engaging in activities such as creating multiple accounts, providing false information, or engaging in fraudulent behavior will face:
Bonus revocation.
Forfeiture of profits generated using the bonus.
Account suspension or closure.
5.2 Prohibited Trading Practices
Duhani Capital reserves the right to revoke bonuses and associated profits, as well as take further corrective actions, if the Client engages in any prohibited trading practices, including but not limited to:
Abnormal Account Activity: Creating an unusually high number of accounts originating from the same center, organization, or individual to exploit bonus offers.
Cross-Account Hedging: Holding mutual hedge positions across different accounts to manipulate market conditions or bonuses.
Scalp-Hedging for Rebates: Engaging in continuous hedged trading within the same account to generate volumes or exploit system thresholds.
Non-Compliant Transactions: Executing trades outside normal trading purposes, such as:
Swap abuse (holding trades solely to exploit interest rate differentials).
Opening and closing trades near market close or under volatile conditions to manipulate results.
Exploitation of System Errors or Delays: Leveraging technical or pricing discrepancies to gain unfair advantages.
Fraudulent or Manipulative Behavior: Activities that undermine trading integrity, such as insider trading, latency arbitrage, or misuse of market data.
6. General Terms
6.1 Right to Amend
Duhani Capital reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate these promotions at its sole discretion without prior notice.
6.2 Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from or related to these promotions shall be resolved at the sole discretion of Duhani Capital.
6.3 Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Duhani Capital is registered.
