How do I install WebTrader?
WebTrader does not require installation. You can access it directly through your broker's website.
Steps:
Visit the Duhani Capital website.
Click on "WebTrader" in the top menu.
You will be prompted to log in to your account.
How do I log in to my Duhani Capital account on WebTrader?
To log in, follow these steps:
When you launch WebTrader, the Connect to Account window will appear.
Enter the Login and Password credentials provided by Duhani Capital.
Once your credentials are entered, the Connect to Account button will become active.
Click the button to log in.
You are now ready to access your Duhani Capital account on WebTrader.
How do I switch between trading accounts on WebTrader?
Adding a New Account:
Click on the three horizontal lines (menu) in the top-left corner.
Go to Trading Account and select Connect to Account.
Enter the Login and Password details for the new account.
Click Connect to Account to log in.
Saving Your Password (Optional):
Before connecting, check the Save Password option for faster switching between accounts.
Switching Between Saved Accounts:
Click on the three horizontal lines (menu).
Select the area displaying your name and account information, or go to Trading Account > Connect to Account.
On the left side, you will see a list of previously logged-in accounts.
Select the account you wish to switch to.
Now you can manage multiple accounts efficiently.
What is the Market Watch window?
The Market Watch window displays a list of instruments with real-time prices, allowing traders to monitor and select instruments for trading.
Features:
View essential details such as:
Ask Price
Bid Price
Daily Changes
Access and Shortcuts:
Click the dashed-line icon on the toolbar or press Ctrl+M to open/close the Market Watch window.
Price Colors:
Blue: Price has increased.
Red: Price has decreased.
Gray: No change in price within the last 15 seconds.
Viewing Instrument Specifications:
Right-click on an instrument and select Specifications from the context menu.
How can I add or remove instruments in WebTrader?
Adding Instruments:
Open the Market Watch window.
Click on the Search symbol field.
Browse the instrument lists and click the + icon next to the desired instrument.
Alternatively, type the instrument's name in the search field to add it directly.
Removing Instruments:
Locate the instrument in the Search symbol field and click the tick icon next to it to deselect.
Or, right-click the instrument and select Hide from the context menu.
What is the Trade Tab on WebTrader?
The Trade Tab is where you can access key information about your trading account and monitor open positions.
Features:
Account Information: Displays Balance, Equity, Free Margin.
Open Positions: Track active trades and monitor profit/loss status in real time.
Accessing the Trade Tab:
Located at the bottom of the screen.
Click the dotted and dashed icon in the bottom-left panel to open/close it.
How do I open an order in WebTrader?
Methods to Open an Order:
Toolbar: Click "New Order".
Market Watch Context Menu: Right-click a desired instrument, select "New Order".
Double-Click Method: Double-click on an instrument in Market Watch.
Placing a Market Order:
Ensure Market Execution is selected.
Set trade volume.
Optionally, enter Stop Loss and Take Profit levels.
Click:
Buy for a long position.
Sell for a short position.
One-Click Trading:
Click the three horizontal lines in the top-left corner.
Ensure the One-Click Trading option is checked.
Click the rectangle icon on the toolbar.
Use Alt+T (MacOS: Option+T) shortcut.
A panel will appear with Sell/Buy buttons and a lot bar.
Adjust volume and click Sell or Buy to execute instantly.
What is Take Profit/Stop Loss?
Take Profit (TP): Closes a position when a predefined profit level is reached.
Stop Loss (SL): Closes a position to limit losses when a predefined loss level is reached.
Due to market volatility, execution may occur slightly above or below the set levels.
What is Market Execution and how can I place one?
Market Execution executes Buy and Sell orders at the best available market price.
Steps:
Open the New Order tab.
Select Market Execution.
Enter Trade Volume.
Optionally, set Stop Loss and Take Profit levels.
Click:
Buy for a long position.
Sell for a short position.
How can I modify a placed order?
Open the Trade Tab.
Right-click the order and select Modify Position.
Adjust Stop Loss/Take Profit levels.
Click Modify to save changes.
How can I close an open order?
Methods to Close an Order:
Double-Click: Open the order details and press Close.
Context Menu: Right-click on the order in the Trade Tab, select Modify Position, then click Close.
"X" Icon: Hover over the order in the Trade Tab and click X to close it.
What is a Pending Order and how can I place one?
Pending orders allow trading at a future price level.
Types:
Buy Limit: Buy below the current price.
Sell Limit: Sell above the current price.
Buy Stop: Buy above the current price.
Sell Stop: Sell below the current price.
Steps:
Open New Order tab.
Select Pending Order.
Choose Order Type.
Enter Volume & Price Level.
Optionally, set Stop Loss & Take Profit.
Set Order Validity:
GTC: Good till canceled.
Today: Expires at the end of the trading day.
Specified: Set custom validity.
